How to get a refund or report a problem to itunes

To report an issue with a purchase, follow these steps:

Open iTunes. If you are already signed in, skip to step 4.
Choose Store > Sign in.
Enter your account name and password, then click the Sign In button.
Choose Store > View My Account:


Click the Purchase History button:




Click the Report a Problem button at the bottom of your purchase history:




Click the arrow next to the purchase with which you want to report an issue.




Click the Report a Problem link next to the item with which you wish to report an issue.




Click the Problem menu:




Choose the option that best describes the issue. If none of the options match your issue, choose "My concern isn't listed here."
Write comments about the issue (optional).
Click the Submit button:

Please follow the steps mentioned below to open an itunes account using iphone:
1.If you already have an account, choose Settings > Store. Tap the Apple ID displayed and choose Sign Out.
2.Open the App Store on your device.
3.Find a free application on the App Store. (Such as Remote by Apple Inc.)
4.Important: Before proceeding to the next step, you must download and install the free application by tapping Free followed by tapping Install.
5.Tap Create New Apple ID.
6.Choose your country, then tap Done.
7.You'll need to read and agree to the iTunes Store Terms & Conditions. Tap Agree located at the bottom of the page to continue.
8.Enter your email address, security question, birthday, and create your password. Tap Next.
9.Select None as your payment option if you do not want to add a card.
10.Continue to fill out the required email, address, and phone number fields. Tap Next.
11.You'll then see a screen that says "Verify your Account." Tap Done and check your email for a verification email from iTunes Store.
12.Open the email and click the link enclosed in the email to activate your account.
13.Once you tap the link, the App Store should automatically open and then prompt you to sign in with your account name and password.
14.Tap Sign In and you will see a thank you screen.
15.You have set up your account successfully and you can start enjoying iTunes, iBooks, and the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

I forgot my password in Itunes how do I reset it?

Forgotten Password
If your iTunes Store account uses an Apple ID to sign in, you can reset your password by clicking here.
If your iTunes Store account uses an AOL screen name to sign in, you can reset your password by visiting AOL Help.
Change Password
You can change your Apple ID password through your iTunes Store account by following these instructions:
  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Click iTunes Store on the left hand side of the iTunes window, below Store.
  3. Choose Store >Sign In.
  4. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
  5. Choose Store > View My Account.
  6. Enter your account's password, then click the View Account button.
  7. On the Apple Account Information page, click the Edit Account Info button.
  8. Enter your new password twice.
  9. Click the Done button.
  10. Click the Done button at the bottom of the Apple Account Information page.
Note: If you think that someone else has access to your account, please change your account's password by following the steps above. To increase the security of your account, your password should be more than eight characters long and include both numbers and letters.

i have an i pod touch and i forgot the passowrd i tried soo many times to rememmber the password that it got disabled :( sooo when i connect it to itunes it says please enter ur password to connect to itunes but i forgot my password soo theres nothing to do can you please help me because its been like this for at lease 4 weeks know and its very upsetting thank you

Forgotten Password

itunes says I have too many computers ( 5) \

Hi,

To deauthorize all computers associated with your account
1. Click iTunes Store in the Source pane.
2. If you're not signed in to the store, click the Account button, then enter your account name and password.
3. Click the Account button again (your ID appears on the button), enter your password, and then click View Account.
4. In the Account Information window, click Deauthorize All.

To authorize a computer to play purchases using your Apple Account
1. Select a song, video, or audiobook you've purchased (in your library or the Purchased playlist).
2. Click the Play button.

If the computer is already authorized, the item plays. If the computer has not yet been authorized, iTunes asks you to enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the song.
