Follow the below steps to reset Internet explorer 7 or 8

  1. Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer (if it is running).
  2. If you use Windows XP, click Start, and then click Run. Type the following command in the Open box, and then press ENTER: inetcpl.cplIf you use Windows Vista, click Start Collapse this imageExpand this image vistastartbutton.jpg. Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER: inetcpl.cplThe Internet Options dialog box appears.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.

If you are using windows:

  1. Click on the Start button.
  2. Click RUN and a "Run" dialog box appears.
  3. Type dxdiag and press the ENTER key (or Click the OK button)

no sound


try this steps: 1. click windows button bellow 2. click run 3. type dxdiag then hit enter. (dxdiag is a diagnostic test to find out if your sound system is working properly. 4. after you launch the dxdiag in your system and there will be a dialog box appear in your screen, just click YES button then your done then after clicking the YES button the dxdiag box appear in your screen. 5. wait while the dxdiag box loaded it jurisdiction as shown below the box. then when it's done just click the next page button below. 6. To know if your system has a sound. simply click the sound button on the upper side of the dxdiag box. then click the Test DirectSound. when you click the specified button there will be a dialog box again but just click yes to play the sound but take note you should have speaker or a headset to hear the sound. 7.For more (you can install a sound driver for back up). Windows Installer cannot be accessed. Message shows.I have tried everything but nothing happens.


Method 1: Use the Msconfig tool to confirm that the installer service is running loadTOCNode(2, 'resolution');
  1. Click Start, and then click Run.
  2. In the Open box, type msconfig, and then click OK.
  3. On the Services tab, click to select the check box that is next to Windows Installer
  4. Click OK, and then click Restart to restart the computer.
If that didn't do it,go to the next step.

Method 2: Re-register Windows Installer
  1. loadTOCNode(2, 'resolution'); Click Start, and in the Search box, type Msiexec.exe,
  2. click Search everywhere for All files and folders.
  3. The location of the file should be C:\Windows\System32
  4. Click Start, and then click Run.
  5. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK
  6. Locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSIServer
  7. In the right pane of the Registry Editor window, double-click ImagePath.
  8. In the Edit String dialog box that appears, make sure that the string in the Value data box contains the correct path for the Msiexec.exe file that you determined in step 3.

    If the Value data box does not contain the correct path, make changes to correct the path, and then click OK to close the Edit String dialog box
  9. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.
  10. Start your computer in Safe mode, and then register the Msiexec.exe file.To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Shut down your computer, and then restart your computer.
    2. Restart your computer and press the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, press the F8 key when you see the Boot menu.
    3. Use the ARROW keys to select Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.
    4. If the Boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe Mode" appear in blue at the bottom, select the installation that you want to start, and then press ENTER.
    5. Log on to the computer.
    6. Click Start, click Run, type msiexec /regserver in the Open box, and then click OK.
  11. Shut down your computer, and then restart your computer normally.
Method 4: Reinstall Windows Installer

To reinstall the Windows Installer, follow these steps.

  1. Click Start, and then click Run.
  2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
  3. At the command prompt, type the following lines. Press ENTER after you type each line. cd %windir%\system32
    ren msi.dll msi.old
    ren msiexec.exe msiexec.old
    ren msihnd.dll msihnd.old
  4. At the command prompt, type exit, and then press ENTER.
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. Update the Windows Installer files to the latest version
  7. After the installation of the Windows Installer is complete,restart your computer normally



    Check the Windows Installer service (Control Panel - Administrative Tools, Services) is running. It should be set to manual or automatic. Also check the dependency Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is running.
If that don't do it,Try this Open a command prompt.(Start,all programs,accessories,Right click on command prompt and run as administrator) type sfc /scannow
