First make sure that both Java and Javascript are enabled the easy way to do this is to install the Quick Java XPI add-on this will tell you if they are disabled along with Adobe Flash and Microsoft Silverlight if this is OK then read on.

I have had many problems with the ActiveX and Java version of this I have had more success with this prototype download the plugin then activate the prototype

There is only one drawback with this uploader you can't rotate the JPEG's prior to import like in the Java Version it is however 100% successfull unlike the default uploader.

Then ACTIVATE the prototype so that when you go to your add photos section it will take over for you when it first runs you will see this window for permission

If you are using Mozilla Firefox with the Coral IE Tab to revert the browser to the IE shell you may experience problems with potential conflicts if you use IE8 then there will be no problems.

If you decide to go back to the Java Uploader then you must first DEACTIVATE the prototype on your profile visit the prototype here to do this

If you use Picasa from Google that links into the webfolders and blogger accounts then check out my tip HERE you will have to use IE8 for best results
