my 1997 Monte carlo is still overheating after we changed the thermostat and water pump what othernproblem is causing it to overheat

Car must use red coolant or yellow generic designed for newer than 1995 vehicles. Why you wonder - Red is designed for 272 Degees of total fluid heat and since newer vehicles are Aluminum Motors / Cylinder heads it is required to have a Red / Yellow anti - freeze coolant mix to carry - transfer heat out to radiator to be cooled by wind or Temp sensor turning on radiator fans . The older Green coolant is only good to 230 degrees before boiling over . This green in older engines worked because Iron / Steel engine blocks - cylinder heads Absorbed Large amounts of Heat . 1995 and Newer Aluminum does not absorb heat and will Warp Block - Heads if not kept cool ergo milky looking Oil - Coolant . Be sure to get cocentration to 50% REd or Yellow Coolant to - 50%% Water , this also helps fight heat and will give you good winter proction at cold temps.

My rv air condition also has heat, the heat in it is not getting very warm. So days it will burn u out of it and some days it just blows cool air! Any suggestions. It is a dometic

Check the following if you're unit is not giving heat.
1. Keep temp setting +8 degree from your room temp 2. Keep mode in "Heat". And check the click sound in RV when you turn to heat mode. If one failed out of three your unit will not supply heat.

Can't get my Simple Comfort 7890-DHW thermostat to set on heat. Tried the mode/program and have made it worse.

Push up or down arrow once. H will flash, this is heat setting. Set your temp. Then C will flash, this cool temp. Set your cool temp. After short delay stat will go back to display room temp. Red light heat is on. Green light cool is on. Hope that helps

My console shut down and won't restart. It gives a beep when I try to start it. The green light comes on and then I hear 2 fast beeps and the light turns red and flashes. What can be the problem and possible sollution?

Over heat problem caused internal hardware failure. Sony claims it can't be fixed and your PS3 is one in a million. Only temp fix is available. Heat caused the problem and heat will fix the problem. You need to heat the motherboard with heat gun and bring to using 500 degrees, after evenly heating board, go to 650 degrees and focus on the cpu and gpu. let cool and put back together. similiar to the xbox red ring of death. Good Luck

ac not cooling

Try turning the main isolator off for 10 minutes to reset the system. If it doesn't clear the error, count how many times the light flashes which will give you the error code.
