System performance is degrading

first of all you do need to format your PC to improve system speed.system speed degrades because of viruses or temp files in your pc.so we will delete all those

1.Click on start->run and type %temp% and delete all the files

2.scan your pc with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

This will remove all the malware on your pc

if you still want to format, you need to back up all the files in drive c: where you windows is installed

how to increase downloading speed

Hi jayvee024,

Thanks for asking me to be your Tech Buddy.

Download speed of course is a function of your connection speed.

Additionally, you can try using a Download Manager such as FlashGet.

Incidentally, you can try tweaking your OS and Connection Settings to improve the overall performance of your PC. Doing so would automatically improve also certain portions of your connection speed.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.
