Tip & How-To about Washing Machines

In your washing machine

Before using your washing machine check the outlet when you using 220v or 110v coz washing machine can be use only on 220-240volts if you use 110volts maybe it not be running or the movement of the machine is slowly, check the water level it dependes on how many clothes you putting on washing machine co,z there some type of washing machine have to be loaded of your used clothing. ,check the kg. of cloths of your washing machine .in my opinion 1kg is total of 15cloths/pants is 3 the level of the water 2kg .1 1/2level of water.

plugged 110v dishwasher into 220v

When you have a 220v outlet there are two wires that both supply 110volts, thus the 220volt rating. 110volts uses 1 wire that supply's 110 volts and the other wire is a "neutral" what is a non current carrying conductor. In other words there is no 110 volts on the second wire. Most of the time if you supply a 110 volt appliance with 220 volts you most definately fry something if not everything. Probably the main thing that blew was the control panel be it a computer board, dial switch etc. Sorry for the bad news but it might be cheaper to replace the unit than having it looked at and repaired

how to use it if we have 220V outlet?

If the AC unit is 110V then you must plug it into a regular 110V outlet. You cannot plug it into the 220V outlet. Either get a bigger 220V unit or use a 12 gauge extension cord to get it to a 110V outlet.

Changing a 3 prong plug into a regular outlet plug.

Your plug is for 220v and a regular wall outlet is 110volts. It simply will not work. You will burn out your dryer, and place yourself at risk of electrocution.

KENMORE DRYER MODEL #96263800 WON'T HEAT

Need to know brand name and model#..........but it sounds like your only getting 110volts to the dryer instead of 220volts........The moter and controls will run on 110v. but the heaters require 220v. carfully remove small cover on back or if you have a outlet(wall plug) you must check for 220volt...PROBABLE CAUSE 1 fuse blown,,,, or bad circiut breaker. FIRST is there 220v. at plug This will tell us if it's a wiring prob. or dryer prob.
