usually if its missing cut it's not rotating fast enough, or the other thing it can be the blades have not been sharpened. some companies that make blades don't sharpen them so they can be handled, it will have a leading edge and you need a sharpening stone to put a cutting edge on the blade. and the blade has to be put in the right way round. flate top cutting edge bottom.
At the end of Season 2 Finale, you don't conculsively know their all dead. Everyone's at edge of dying and granted the amount of blood lost by all seems pretty conculsive in terms of death. Bryan Fuller has indicated that the show was on the chopping block at the end of Season 2 so he wanted an open ended finale that could work both ways-cliffhanger or series ending. Conceptually and stylistically, it's the best killing tableau in both seasons. It underscores the terrible betrayal and horror of Hannibal finally revealed.
I dont me to be rude but two things spring to mind, firstly have you put the chain on backwards? the chain on the top of the bat should have the sharp edge facing away from the saw ( turns clockwise as you look at it from the side of the saw ) and secondly have you sharpened it correctly ( right angles, and taken the depth gauges down to the correct hight ) there should be no need to replace the guide bar, at worst a new chain will do, let me know if you need to know more about chain sharpening.
It takes me about 5 minutes to Remove, Sharpen, and Re-install my chipper blade for my Bolens mc2500. First, If your using a screen or rollers in the discharge, then remove them. Look underneath, and you will see the thick flywheel. Make sure the spark pug wire is disconnected, then slowly turn the flywheel by hand until you see the two hex head bolts that hold the chipper blade to the flywheel. Also remember which way you take it off, so it goes back together the same way. using an open end or combination wrench remove the two hex bolts. Now to sharpen, I use a medium/ coarse honing tool made for lawnmower blades. I clamp the blade to the top edge of my Bolens with a pair of visegrips, then a little oil, and the sharpening tool, and I'm done sharpening in about 2 minutes, and then re-installing, reversing the removel process. I hope this helps.
