FIRST TRY RESTORING DEFAULT SETTINGS IN THE BROWSER.
1: Open up the internet window, by clicking on the "blue e" on your desktop, or by going to the Start Menu, All programs, internet Explorer
  • Step 3restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.3-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep3 span.image a:first').attr('href','http://i.ehow.com/images/a02/03/or/restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.3-800X800.jpg'); }); From the Start Menu If the "blue E" is not in fact on your desktop then refer to the picture in this step.
  • Step 4restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.4-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep4 span.image a:first').attr('href','http://i.ehow.com/images/a02/03/or/restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.4-800X800.jpg'); }); Menu Bar 2: Once the internet is open, you will then want to go to the "Tools" Menu, in the internet window. If you are using internet explorer 7 the tools menu is on what is called the Menu bar, and this menu bar generally is in the upper left hand corner.

    Picture is attached.
  • Step 5restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.5-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep5 span.image a:first').attr('href','http://i.ehow.com/images/a02/03/or/restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.5-800X800.jpg'); }); Internet options selection 3: Once you click the Tools Menu, then select, internet options. Image below attached, then click on internet options to go into the internet options dialog box.
  • Step 6restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.6-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep6 span.image a:first').attr('href','http://i.ehow.com/images/a02/03/or/restore-internet-explorer-default-settings-1.6-800X800.jpg'); }); Advanced Tab 4: Once you have selected the internet options click on the advanced tab all the way to the right, picture attached. Once you have selected, advanced at the bottom right there is an option there to RESET, this will restore the default settings, of your internet explorer Browser.
  • Step 7 5: Reboot machine.
  • IF THAT DOES NOT FIX IT THEN YOU MIGHT TRY SOME FREE DOWNLOADS TO CHECK FOR VIRUSES. MALWARE OR SPYWARE THREE OF MY FAVORITES ARE FREE
    1. AVG Anti-Virus
    http://free.avg.com/us-en/download-free-antivirus
    2. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
    3. Spybot-Search & Destroy
    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
BE CAREFULL WITH THE MALWAREBYTES AND SPYBOT PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AND JUST USE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS WHEN INSTALLING THEN JUST RUN THE PROGRAMS AND IT WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO AFTER THAT.
