When you experience a led on but no display... here are some simple tips so that you will be guided easily to know what causes the problem
1. check your num lock.. click it if it turn's on and off...if not it means there is a problem in your CPU ,if it turn;s on and off your monitor is the problem...
2. open your CPU if you can.. check if there are parts that are not connected properly..
3. usually the problem of the cpu always goes in the memory or video card...
and commonly the new versions of motherboard are with built in sound card, lan card,and video card...if you dont have newer version check the following if it is in proper place..
4. if you know where is the memory of your computer..
remove it..and check if there is are some burn or if the coppers are complete...clean it and put in place properly then try to turn on again your pc.. if it works your memory is just dirty..or it is the cause of the problem
5.if not, try to check your video card.. if you have a spare of video card try to put it on and turn on your pc if nothing s happen..
you need to contact your technician because it has a serious problem...
