How to keep your PC clean from Junk files ?

Click on cleanup40.exe >>> Click on Save >>> Save it to your desktop
>>> Run the software >>> Install it on your computer >>>
Click on clean up to remove the Junk files from the computer.
Run this clean up once a week

My compaq desktop pc takes a long time to start and shutdown.

How old is it? How much memory does it have?? You probably need to clean up some temp. files. Try this.http://www.stevengould.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=69

Load his clean up program. That will delete a multitude of temporary files. Run it every day.

My computer is running very slow. How can I speed it up? Norton has stated that there is no found viruses. Thanks, Derick

Then download A.M.L. free registry this is one I've been using for several years. It is totally free, don't fall for the one's that say you must register for. http://majorgeeks.com/AML_Free_Registry_Cleaner_d6001.html

my pc takes an age to start up, I've tried the normal things like managing my 'addons' etc what can i try next

how about cleaning old cookies and temp files?
