stopping browsing history

Step 1:
Stop Web History on Internet Explorer b> Every time you visit a website, the web address, date and time of your visit is recorded in your Web browser history. The length of time this information is saved varies depending on what browser is used. If privacy is a concern, popular browsers such as Firefox and Internet Explorer offer enhanced privacy features that allow you to prevent your browser history from being stored.

Update your Web browser to the latest version of the product. Browser updates often include important security patches. Automatically clear your browser history each time you exit. In Firefox, this option is located under "Tools" and "Options." Select the "Privacy" tab and check the box marked "Always clear my private data when I close Firefox." If you're using Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" and "Internet Options" and check "Delete browsing history on exit." Use private browsing if your browser supports it. Private browsing prevents your browser from storing any information about your browsing history, including cookies, temporary Internet files and history. Pressing CTRL+Shift+P on your keyboard will activate private browsing mode in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. It can also be accessed in Firefox by clicking "Tools" and selecting "Start Private Browsing," and in Internet Explorer by clicking "Safety" and selecting "InPrivate Browsing." Private browsing must be activated each time you open your browser.

break bois password

Try removing the button cell battery for some time. When replaced, it may have no password. Some devices 'store' the memory so you can either wait a long time before replacing the battery or 'short' the capacitor with length of wire (not recommended, though).

The battery is on the inside of the computer on mother board.

Have Z22 Palm handheld organiser, switched to preferences, security and tried to enter private entries, did not remember correct password and now handheld is switched on and completely locked. Cannot switch off or move anything on screen. Have currently put it on charge. Can you help please, Many thanks Ken Firth.

If you can’t remember the password, you can delete it from your handheld. Deleting a forgotten password also deletes all entries marked as private.

Here is the procedure to delete the password.
Be sure to synchronize your handheld with your computer before and after this procedure, so you can restore any private entries that were deleted along with the password.

1 Open Security:

a. Go to the Home screen, and then select Prefs .

b. Select Security.

2 Open the Incorrect Password dialog box:

a. Select the Password box.

b. Enter any password, and then select OK.

4 Delete the forgotten password: a. Select OK on the screen informing you that your password is incorrect.

a. Select Lost Password.

b. Select Yes.

4 Synchronize your handheld with your computer to restore any private entries that were deleted.

You will need to have a backup saved if you want to recover private entries.
