What to do in case of repair needed.

OK so the advice you have gotten is to seek a serivce centre or serviceman, when taking your device to these places, it is imperitive that you do it right.
Generally indicate the symptoms, thats all, NO opinions etc.
Ask them for an "Opinion" as to the problem & cost.
Then ask specifically for a "Quote" & detailed explanation of problem found, before work is started. A "Quote" is legally binding, NEVER get a "Estimate" ever, they are worthless.
If parts, are to be/were, replaced ask to see the "OLD" parts. Ask this at the outset.
With a "Quote" it MUST be exact. Always indicate a figure you do NOT wish to spend more than, AFTER you have been indicated a cost. Often it is wise to get a couple of "Quotes", or at least get an idea of what ya dealing with. Remember these day a lot of things are simply un-ecconomic to repair.

check the number of serivce centre in messege settings typr in the correct service centre number.also set the messege as text and vakidity to maximum in messege settings

I have purchased siemens refrigerator 335 liters capacity from Anand, in May 2003. In August 2008 the friz created problems and when the company serviceman was called, he told to replace the comprassor, IC, and the door rubber ring. The expenditure was about Rs. 15000.00. But now just within 7 months the same friz has again created tha same problem and the serviceman has again advised to replaced the IC. This will incure an expenditure of about Rs. 5000.00 and the serviceman who is authorised by the SIEMENS Company it self is talking in most unfriendly manners and advising my wife to get new friz inplace of the present one. I have talked to Ahmedabad Service centre also, but I have not received satisfactory reply. And I am facing toomany problems. I want to know whether the complany is adopting such policy which harasses the customer? When the company authorised serviceman has replaced the parts said to have been imported from the company it self are of such a quality, that the replaced parts automatically get damage within very short spann? Should I be compelled to pay Rs. 5000.00 every six months, as punishment for bying refrigerator of standard company like SIEMENS? How long should I pass through such agony and suffer? When will my grievences be solved? I will be verymuch thankfull if my grievences are immediately attanded and resolved.

As in all similar circumstances faced by you in the past, it is always advisable to seek 2 nd opinion since nowadays you cannot believe even the authorised service centres who want to do business aka cheating innocent/ ignorant customers officially by identifying alias creating problems which may not exist and charge exhorbitantly, since you will not find any other service centre for said goods and parts old to be replaced under the guise of new ones shall be available only with them. You have no options except succumbing to their criminal desires or else throw away the product. The branded companies are not bothered to verify the procedures adopted by so called service centres. This is life. Either you bear with it and survive if you can or you perish............... This is what actually "the world of authorised service centre" belongs to.

take your mobile to the service centre re-install the software of your mobile or make a flash to your mobile .it takes within 10-5minutes to do that ..this s my exp
