I have replaced my windows xp with windows 7 and my tigerwoods 06 won't play. and it did with windowds xp.

Download the FREE Windows 7 XP Mode, install it, then reinstall your software in XP Mode following the XP Mode Application Instructions. Another alternative is to use the FREE XP mode virtual machine under Windows 7. You can then load software that is compatible with XP But not Windows 7 in the XP virtual machine.

Works excellently

how connect to windows 7

Hello,
This device does not support windows 7 and there is no driver for it. You can connect it to windows 7 though if you install windows XP compatibility mode for windows 7.
You can download and install this mode from this link to Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx
Please note: Windows XP mode for Windows 7 uses resources so it is good if you have at least 4GB of RAM.

You might need to increase the Virtual Memory (which is hard disk space that is used when the RAM is full).
I know of an article on how to increase the virtual memory in XP, but Vista and Windows 7 are not that different.
