sir/ma'am i have got a new laptop , but i don't have many drives....i mean i have only C- drive and i have to save everything in my desktop..... hope you solve my problem....... ty poojitha

getting a memory stick you plug into one of the USB ports might be an option--Make sure you buy one that is compatable with your filesystem/operating system.
There are two main commercial types of Usb port 1.1 and 2.0
most memory sticks these days cover both types
your pc'should recognise the Usb stick as a different drive E or F for example from there save and wait for save process to stick

Won't maintain Internet connection

Generally the modem connections have time setting. Check if there is anything on the settings.

Another possibility it might your modem doing that. I have seen that happening on a PC.

I think you have to give a little bit more details about too to give a better opinion.

it's not the heads that actually have the problem, it's the head guide that's sticking whenever it reaches those tracks mentioned. you need to open the drive initially to be able to repair or clean the malfunctioning parts. the read-write lenses be cleaned with cotton buds, and the stainless steil head guides be wiped clean and oiled.
