Stress and How to Manage it.

For many of us, Stress is a huge part of our life. It makes us mad, sad, hopeless, and sometimes it makes us hurt others. But how can we really manage it?
Our day is always gonna have stress in it, but for those of us who know how to manage it, we make it through.
Part 1 - The Principles of Stress. Through a ton of chemical and bodily processes, Stress happens. But why would our bodies want us to have this. The answer is based on a principle called Fight or Flight. Normally, when faced with danger, or dangerous compared to our lifestyle, we get this response. We can either fight, or run. Now, in this case the response is simply - I forgot my briefcase, or I forgot my Project. In these minor cases, we have nothing to fight, and nothing to run from. Thus stress is generated. We cannot avoid it, but next i will give you some tips on management.
Part 2 - Managing Stress. Stress, pure and simple, and can only be removed through physical exhaustion. Physical exhaustion, is when we exercise until we have exhausted our energy. For this, pure and simple, i say exercise. Take a jog, run a mile, shoot some hoops.
Part 3 - What Aggravates Stress. Mental Exhaustion. Words that don't mean what they sound. Mental Exhaustion is when you have sat for a while, and no longer feel like getting up. This is the worst. Not only do you have stress but you also want to burn that energy inside you.
Part 4 - What else can i do. Make sure if you are stressed more than you can handle, tell everyone that you need alone time, and to be left to yourself. People have done things like: 1) Scream in a pillow 2) Punch a Pillow 3) Hit a Teddy Bear 4) Start a Diary 5) Do things like lifting weights way too heavy for you.
Most importantly, make sure it doesn't get vented out on friends and family.
We all have stress, but those of us who manage it are the people you want to be around.

This world is full of different kinds of people and every one of then is unique in his own way.. Never feel insecure as you are special in your own way. Try to find your qualities and have confidence in yourself that you are better than others and can do many things that other people cant.. Enjoy your life and dont take stress.. Life is too short to be sad.. KEEP SMILING =)

A elephant sat on my phone and it wont stop vibrating please help


Most mobile phones are not meant to withstand an elephant sitting on them. In fact, over time, just sitting on them in your back pocket can cause damage. The only solution is if you have insurance claim it. If not, then check Ebay for a good used or new phone, go to the store, renew your contract, or I guess don't have a phone.
