Download all the SP3 hotfixes and Slipstream them to your CD

If you use Internet download manager IDM the fastest on the net cost $24.95

Import this ef2 IDM queue and it will do all the rest for you this is correct upto April 2009 feel free to add the missing 8 months worth I will update this when I have time

If you want to install all the latest hofixes and security updates you can use Ross Smith's http://smithii.com/slipstream_xpsp3 command files last updated in May 2009, I use the xpsp3.cmd file to create slipstreamed windows boot CD for my friends. If you don't want to use them they are great to find out what updates and hotfixes can be slipstreamed.

Build a Bootable Windows XP disk with Service Pack 3 and all critical post-SP3 hotfixes slipstreamed

Apply Windows XP Service Pack 3 and all critical post-SP3 hotfixes

AND

To slipstream the hotfixes, and burn the slipstreamed disk
