Burn your ISO files with ImageBurn using AWS to improve burn

I have been using ImageBurn for simply ages I'd recommend it as the number one ISO burning application on the Internet your can select from a whole range of lowlevel drivers to communicate with your DVD/CD drive.

SPTI from Microsoft (SYSTEM DEFAULT already installed)
ASPI from Adaptec v4.71.2 also from Ahead Nero ASPI v2.0.1.74
ASAPI v5.0.0.2 from Pinnacle (Formerly VOB ComputerSysteme GMBH )
ElbyCDIO v6.0.9.0 from Slysoft (Forrmerly ElborateBytes) RETAIL ONLY
Patin-Couffin v1.37.0.0 from vso-software.fr

http://rapidshare.com/files/307098702/ImgBurn.aws.zip

Unzip the full archive contains a text file for info only then import the AWS into ImageBurn to enable it select the AWS option before you burn, feel free to add DVD and CD yourself this file includes most popular media from SONY, PHILIPS, MEMOREX, but there are many more from unbranded media at supermarkets like ASDA and TESCOS

Here is a list of the media I have included sorry its so small look at the enclosed txt file on the download for a complete list

I recommend using the Patin-Couffin Interface for the most successful ISO burns to all DVD media and the Nero Version of ASPI for CD media.

Its also a good idea to install SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD) layer (32 bit). Basically SPTD is similar to other access layers used by other programs who provide access to storage devices but it has a lot more features that make this interface unique it is used in the excellent Alcohol 52% FE free edition plus many other software applications which is also used to control your DVD/CD drive to ensure a successful burn. Install Alcohol 1st then upgrade the SPTD to v1.62 using this file download link .

Happy Burnday
