Tip & How-To about Washing Machines

How to extend the life of your front load washer?

Hello, i am Marclavoris your guru today with some tips to extending the life of your washer and your dryer. These are just some tips that will help you.
First of all for all of you front load washer users, many times i get many customers who after several uses of their front loaders, they smell mildew and a musty odor. This is due to the front rubber gasket being saturated with water or standing water, to prevent this from happening always wipe the front door gasket down or leave the door crack after usage.
I have notice that people use alot of fabric softener sheets, sometimes the clothes will push the fabric sheets down into the lint filter housing which could eventually cause clogging of lint or the static will cause lint to pile on top of each other accumualting a big ball of lint, which in turn will cause your dryer to take a long time to dry and may blow out a dryer fuse.
