How to get the most out of help on computer issues

I have been reading many questions asking for help on computer issues. Many of the computer issue questions ask for help but are very vague. To make the most out of asking a question, take time to pose your question in a way that gives the most information while keeping the question short and manageable. Below is a short list of information that will help get issues resolved faster and more to the point of the issue.
1: A brief description of the issue providing as much detail as possible ie, dots on the screen vs. splotches on the screen, any error codes, etc. (also include anything that might have caused the issue, dropping, spilling something on the unit, etc.).
2: Operating System ( Windows Xp, Vista, Windows 7, etc.), do not post the key code as this will allow for someone else to use the key code. The key code for Microsoft systems is usually located on a Windows Label somewhere on the bottom of the laptop and will contain a 20 digit combination of letters and numbers. On this same sticker, it should say what operating system is installed on the system (XP Home, Vista Home Premium, Windows 7 Pro, etc.). If it is not located on the sticker on the bottom and the system powers up, go to the "Start Menu" right click on "My Computer" or "Computer" then left click on "Properties" then look for "Basic Information". In a Windows based system, this will usually provide all of the required basic information about the operating system (edition, system type (ie. 32 bit, 64 bit), installed memory, and processor type).
3: Specific computer type and model number (this will provide specific information about the configuration of your particular machine).
4: Any upgrades that were performed when the issue started ( Memory, hard drive, Operating System, software, etc.).
5: Any other information not mentioned above that will help give a clear picture of the issue (positioning of a power cord makes the computer shut down, positioning of the screen makes lines appear on the screen, etc.).
6: Do not post any private information that may pose a security issue (computer name, IP address, passwords, etc.).
Many computer issues can be resolved by a generic solution. However, some require more detailed information. This is just a basic guideline for providing more detailed information for those who wish to help resolve issues with your computer.

you will jump the 2 pin, i mean short them together
after putting on the jumper start the computer for a few seconds and the turn off, remove the jumper
than restart computer if you are still having some problem, turn off computer let everything stop, cold boot, when you turn on the computer push down on F10 to access cmos [bios] settings
go threw the settings and select the options best fit your needs
if issue continues than contact the manufacture for RMA return for another board, or call them, techn. support, you could look under most asked FAQ to see if the issue come up before
other sites to ask question or for other help
