unable to initialize adlm

Unable to initialize adlm error after uninstalling Service Pack for 2014...

Solution:

There are 2 solutions available, either of them can help you to resolve the license issue.
Option #1:
Uninstall and reinstall the Service Pack (any of the Service Pack if you have more than one) that you want to keep. This will restore the mismatched file versions to the correct one.
Option #2:
Copy and replace files manually
1. Download the LicenseCrash.zip attachment below, unzip to your local drive, and then unzip the 32-bit or 64-bit package according to your platform.

2. Unzip the package
3. Close all running Autodesk products
4. Stop the FlexNet Licensing Service from the Task Manager:
  • Click Start ? Run
  • Type taskmgr and the Windows Task Manager will open.
  • In the Windows Task Manager, on the Services Tab, right-click FlexNet Licensing Service ? Stop Service.
5. Replace the following 5 files from the unzipped folder into the following locations:
a. Replace adlmact_libFNP.dll and adlmact.dll with the ones (version 11.11.0.3 and 7.0.51.100) in the unzipped folder.
b. Replace adlmint_libFNP.dll and adlmint.dll with the ones (version 11.11.0.3 and 7.0.51.100) in the unzipped folder.
Note: Most products put this file under the root folder of "\Program Files\Autodesk\#Product name#\" i.e. AutoCAD2014, but some other products put this file under subfolder, i.e. Inventor /Alias in \Program Files\Autodesk\#Product name#\Bin folder.
c. Confirm and if necessary replace FNPLicensingService.exe with the one in the unzipped folder to avoid file version incompatible issue.
6. Launch your products.

It is required to clear the temporary folder before downloading the Software. For this click 'Start' button then select 'Run' (you can open 'Run' by press and hold Windows button on the keyboard and then pressing alphabet key 'R'). Type '%temp%' inside the Run window, and you will get a folder opened. Delete all the files in the folder and close it. Now try to download the Software, it will work.
All the best.

I HAVE ONE IRC 3200 AND I DONT KNOW WHAT DRIVER INSTALL FOR SCAN AND PRINT, I HAVE WIN XP

Go to http://www.usa.canon.com
Select Downloads
Select Office/Production
On next page from the dropdown select Office/Production products again
Next page Select Networked Office Systems/Copiers
Next Page select Color ImageRunner Series
Next Page Select Color ImageRunner Series
From List select Color Image Runner Irc-3200

From the choices select the driver needed. PCL or PS (postscript)
Select either Setup or INF.
If Setup or INF file. Download the zipped file. Create a folder on desktop or downloads. Call it Canon Copier or whatever. Download the zipped file to this folder. Go to the folder you downloaded the zipped file to and double click on the file. When Win-Zip started and asks where you want the file un-zipped to enter a period (.) this will unzip the file to the folder you created.

Once the file is un-zipped if you downloaded the setup file run setup exe.
At somepoint in the setup process you will be asked which port you want to use. You will need the IP Address of the copier ( which can be obtained by pressing the additional Functions key on the copier, selecting report settings, selecting Network and print report. If the IP address needs to changed select additional functions again, Select System settings Key, Network settings key, TCP/IP settings, Check or Set IP Address here or select DHCP to get new address. Repower the copier if any changes are made.

At the which port to use select New Port, select Standard TCP/IP port and create new port. Enter IP address in the new port window.

If using INF file after INF is unzipped. Go to Printers folder and select create New Printer. Follow Printer Wizard. Create New Standard TCP/IP port. When the Wizard Asks for Driver, select have Disk and browse to the folder you created and click the unzipped file and continue clicking until the file installs.

computer will not download

Hi,

Have you tried deleting your temporary folder contents, as you have described that you "run" the downloads instead of downloading them first to a folder and then running them, this basically means that you fill up you temporary folder.

First you will need to see the Temp folder as its hidden, first goto: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME folder and go up to the menu at the top and click on the tools tab, now click on folder options and click on the view tab.
Now look at my image below and click on "show hidden files and folders" and click apply and ok after you have done that.

7ecda0e.jpg
Now you will see a folder marked "Local Settings" click on it, now click on the folder marked "Temp", in here you will see all the temporary files you have downloaded and any installer files that were used to install software, once they are used they have no use, press CTRL+A and this will select all the files in here, now press DELETE, delete them all.

After this is done go back and hide the folder again.

Now go on the internet and try and download something....!

Any problems let me know...!

Cheers

when downloading files sometimes the download hangs.

Hi,
try getting yourself a download manager program.
This will enable you to continue your download-or resume it if it freezes.
Search the web ro Free Download manager.
Your actual problem may be that the destination folder is full, try a disk cleanup, or empty the temp/ temporary internet files folder.
