How to program your Dish Network remote to your tv

Find your Codes for your devices here first: http://www.dishnetwork.com/customerService/troubleshooting/nhagent/default.aspx

The follow these directions:
OK, I understand that you need help programming your remote control to a TV or other equipment.

Note: After this procedure is started, if a button is not pressed within 20 seconds, the remote will end the procedure automatically. Simply start over again.
Step-by-Step Procedure // Step 1 of 6
Click on the following link to find the remote codes for your brand of TV, VCR, or other equipment. Note that codes for each TV brand depend on the remote type.
Step 2 of 6
Press and hold the correct Mode (TV, VCR, or AUX) button for about six seconds until all mode button backlights come on, then release.
Step 3 of 6
Use the number buttons to enter the three digit number (four digit for AUX mode) corresponding to the equipment. The light will blink off after each digit is entered and then return to a steady light.
For AUX mode ONLY: press 0 for a TV, press 1 for a VCR/DVD, press 2 for any other device.
Step 4 of 6
Press the POUND (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.
Step 5 of 6
To verify the code works, press the mode button. Try several different functions for that equipment. Some codes may provide partial function, or respond differently than the button's titled function. Try the other codes listed for that device until you find one that offers more complete functionality.
Step 6 of 6
If the remote still does not operate the device, perform the Power Scan.

If the remote still doesn't operate equipment, it may not be compatible with that equipment.
