windows keyboard shortcut commands

There are many. Do a Google search for "Windows Key Combinations" and you should find several links to a list of the available commands. The "Windows Key" is that key between the Ctrl and Alt key on your keyboard that looks like a window with 4 panes in it. You hold down the Windows Key while pressing any one of several others, depending on what you want to do. afor example Holding down the Windows key and pressing R will open a "run" box. The Windows Key plus E will take you to "My Computer". the Windows key plus D will immediately take you to the Desktop, etc., and so forth.
