RCA 52 INCH PROJECTION TV SCREEN RATION

I ALSO HAVE A 52 INCH RCA (2 YEARS OLD) I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THE TIPS THAT HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED. LUCKILY I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THIS UNIT.. AFTER A MONTH OF OVER THE PHONE TROUBLE SHOOTING FROM WARRANTY REPAIR CENTER THIS INCLUDED REMOVING THE BATTERIES IN CASE THE REMOTE WAS BAD. THEY FINALLY CAME AFTER IT YESTERDAY. THE PICKUP BOYS SAID THAT THEY ARE HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLE WITH THESE UNITS DOING THIS SAME THING. THEY ALSO SAID THAT SOME WERE BEING REPLACED WITH NEW ONES. NOT SURE IF RCA OR WARRANTY IS REPLACING (MINE WAS PURCHASED FROM BESTBUY WITH BEST BUY WARRANTY). IF ANYONE HAS SPOKEN TO ANYONE ABOUT A REPLACEMENT PLEASE RESPOND. I THINK IF THERE ARE SOME UNITS BEING REPLACED WITH NEW ONES WE ARE MORE THAN LIKELY GETTING THE SAME DEFECTIVE UNITS (WHICH WILL MORE THAN LIKELY WORK UNTIL OUT OF WARRANTY). I WISH THEY WOULD JUST GIVE REFUNDS OR CERTIFICATES TOWARDS NEW DIFFERENT UNITS MAYBE IF THERE WERE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS THIS MIGHT BE CONSIDERED.

Hello Guys,
Hold your horses or your remote... This is a very simple fix. There is nothing wrong with your picture tubes. All that is wrong with your set is an open fuse. That what this is all about. An open fuse. This is not the regular AC glass fuse. This fuse is disguise to look like something else. Let me tell you where this is. Looking from the back of the set right next to the flyback (the right of the flyback) are three small RED rectangle shape object. These are fuse. The one in the middle is open. Just put another fuse in and Wham!! Your TV is ok again. I hope this will help a lot of Tester and repair Guru.

tv picture has a bow in it and letters are doubled my 52" rca just started the 3D nonsense. 2yr circuit city warranty expired 10 days ago. today the kid at circuit city said "ya,....your screwed. those bulbs are expensive, and you can only get them online." WTF? where is our class action when we need one?
