I have an Electrolux slide-in Range/Oven combo. Model # EW30ES65GSE.
I had the ubiquitous E 15 error, which renders the touch controls (and therefore the range and oven) entirely useless. I tried two things to resolve, per Electrolux customer service: 1. turned the circuit breaker to the stove off, and leave off for 10 minutes, then turn back on. If you are very lucky, this may be a one-time "false error" and you might be OK. 2. if you can get to the "user preference" option, try to reset the stove to factory default. Unlikely this will work, but worth a try.
In my case, neither worked, but if you can time it properly, between "alarm beeps", sometimes you may be able to turn a stove burner on, and then the E 15 may errors/beeping, may go away, but may happen again, seemingly at random.
If you are out of warranty, Electrolux customer service will advise you that you should have purchased an extended warranty, which is ridiculous considering how much this range cost initially.
Customer Service indicated there is no way to diagnose which part is bad, so they will sell you two different boards that will hopefully address the problem. These parts are a control board and a relay board. The control board is the digital pad that mounts in the front of the range, and the relay board mounts behind the rear cover, in the upper right. Parts numbers are: 316443916 and 316576612, respectively. After replacing BOTH parts, that seemed to fix it. Note - the Electrolux parts have a tremendous mark-up. You might be able to obtain these parts for less $ elsewhere - certainly worth a try.
There are literally hundreds of posting regarding this E 15 error, and it seems more "popular" in the inductive cook top model (mine is non-inductive). If the range is over 1 year old, forget about Electrolux standing behind their products. I firmly believe this is a manufacturing error (cheap boards) and Electrolux refuses to stand behind their products.
In my experience Bosch does a tremendous job in customer support, perhaps top in the industry and Electrolux is at the VERY BOTTOM. As consumers, we all have a choice on what to purchase, and based on this Electrolux experience, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN ELECTROLUX PRODUCT AGAIN.

I see that you have explained the stove top on your Electrolux range is not responding to touch and the oven controls are working properly. From what you have described it sounds like a possible issue with your control panel or sensor. I would suggest performing a reset on your range and you can do that by disconnecting the power from it for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue I would recommend having a professional technician come and perform a proper diagnosis for repair. Hope this is helpful. -Matt

Based off your post your Frigidaire range is providing you an "E15" error code. "E15" stands for a signal loss between the oven relay and EOC (Electronic Oven Control) I would perform a reset on your appliance. You can do that by disconnecting power to your range by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker for roughly ten minutes.
If that does not correct the issue it could mean that your oven relay board or electronic oven control may need to be replaced. If that is the case I would suggest seeking assistance from a professional to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
