Because there are only 2 model type pressure washers (both are only handling about the non professional step-in) models 1135 and 1152 TST
with a little remarkable problem by only this 2 young models that have 1 part that is different instead of all the other pressure washers made by Kranzle.
Look on the picture pos 11 in this drawing can be the problem if there is to lean pressure if you are owner of this young model its when you will adjusting the pressure-regulator but nothing realy helped and also the auto stop will not activated to stop the motor if there is no water asked and it will make very high pressure but the motor can not good come round .The motor will getting hot in a short time and will give oil leaking in a short time there must be repaired.
This part of the pump 49.040 but 49.041 1 in u.k (by-pass regulation)anlaufentlastungsventil ) is used instead of normal by all other models a normal round metal ball 8.5 or 10 mm , i dont trust the new unit for the longer time problem free function if there are lime or pressure problems Here the TIP about comes quickly .. you can do 2 things or by ordering the parts of a 1150 model pressure washer its fitted without problems ( but be aware this are not the same parts but still have the same ordernumbers pos 13 -7 and 12 to order and a steal ball instead of the unit pos 11 ) instead the 1152 parts with all new parts , i can give a better advise if you are handy and that is to take a wrench 11 and a little allen key and open the part POS11 (order number 49.040 49.041 1 U.K.) remove the to tight spring and ball and little plastic black ring out of it it was look like a special valve inside a valve but its has no good function after a to short time by much people it can be leaking /faultering in a very short time in a few months or years , not to say because of the lime in the water i have had no repairs with all other models of the brand Kranzle on this part of the pump by all other models a round ball was good enough for a problem free use thats why i have in a short time 2 repairs on the same model in one week Kranzle 1152 tst by 2 different companies i am working for 20 years thats why i wrote 1 choice for a good solution with this part without to buy new parts so if removed the very little spring and ball and plastic part
then close the part again together and use a gasburner make it hot and use solder and solder flux set it with the metal point upside-down in a nut make it good hot with the burner and fill it meanwhile fill it up with a little flux or s39 after that fill the brass part up with a resin-solder so that its full and while its hot cool the part it with a little bit water so its full massive compact and close replace that part in the parts you still have and , dont forget from time to time after a while to replace in a time of 4 years average use the 2 little 11x1.5 mm o-rings ( very high priority for a good working autostop) to find in the pump like pos 8 its under the 24mm nut to find where a non return valve is inside with a ball and spring in front of the manometer.

do you use 4 cycle oil or 2 cycle oil for pressure washer EXH2425?


For your model pressure washer you should not be using 2 or 4 cycle oil. You need to use the following:

Model # EXH2425 P 2400PSI 2.5GPM 5.0HP HO
PUMP TYPE OIL TYPE OIL CAPACITY

**Annovi Reverberi (XMV) 30W non detergent 13.5 oz.

**Annovi Reverberi (RKV) 30W non detergent 18.54 oz.

Hello:
Best to use NON DETERGENT 10W30. Be sure you fill the reservoir only 1/3 to less than 1/2 full.
