Apple Launched iOS 10.3 with APFS, New Apple File System

With the upcoming WWDC 2017, Apple accelerates its iOS system update work. After a long period of testing, Apple iOS 10.3 update is officially released with some really great features and updates. Now, users are able to update their system to iOS 10.3 via iTunes or Wi-Fi connection.
As the latest iOS update by now, iOS 10.3 not only adds some important features, but also improves the system performance. In addition to Find My AirPods, redesigned Settings page & profile section, CarPlay changes, Podcasts widget and App Store view updates, one of the biggest improvements of iOS 10.3 is the new file system - Apple File System (APFS).

What iPad do you have? If it's on the minimum required list of apple for iOS 10 you can simply use the system settings app to search for updates and get the updated iOS.

iOS 11 is the eleventh major release of the iOS mobile operating system developed by Apple Inc., being the successor to iOS 10. It was announced at the company's Worldwide Developers Conference on June 5, 2017, and released on September 19, 2017.
So, it is now outdated and the updated 11.2.1 is much better giving even more control to you. Better anti malware protection etc etc etc.

ur iphone is not starting it is the problem of ur previous ios tht u r using u have to update ur iphone it would worlk normally
for updating iphone
put ur cell phone into recovery mode
than it would be connected to itunes
go to summery pannel and restore and update iphone
