How to remove rust using molasses

Get a drum as large as you need.
mix molasses 10 parts water 1 part molasses start with some water first then pour in the molasses then top up with the rest of the water ensure you mix well.
place the rusty items in the bath ensure you have a wire attached so as to retrieve the item later some items may take only a few days other heavily rusted items may require a week or more to remove the rust. For best results it's best to have a lid on the bath. When you remove the item from the bath scrub with soapy water and a scrubbing brush once dry the item will need to be sealed with an oil type product or wax or even a paintable sealer or just paint it. Have fun folks??
