To make an easy egg &a bacon pie, cut a few slices of bacon,get some store bought puff pastry, grease a couple of desert bowls with butter, whip up 4 eggs at a time, line your bowls with the puff pastry, pour in the whipped eggs sprinkle in the bacon a little salt &pepper you can ad some torn up or shredded cheese then put a puff pastry lid on, couple of slits to allow steam to escape, oh & don't forget to wipe the rim with a little egg or milk before putting the lid on once the lid is on wipe with a little milk to get a golden brown, bung it in a medium oven around 180c then around 1/2 an our later each bowl will have a beautiful pie that will feed two. You may need a whole one for a big meal (man size) hope you enjoy?? I am a single man & I love these.
