Tip & How-To about GE Refrigerators
It's common to have a problem with food freezing in your fridge. Many times The source of this problem is the damper assembly that channels cold air from the freezer in to the refrigerator. on my GE profile fridge it was the damper door that broke away from the motor that controls it. you can do a search and find the parts and the easy fix for this problem but I decided not to spend $100 on the part and try to fix the actual problem. I decided to use a hot air gun to fuse the door back on the part that connects to the motor and so far its working well. I have a youtube video that explains this in better detail.
