You can recover hp password with Smartkey Windows Password Recovery, just do as the following steps,

Step 1: Download Smartkey Windows Password Recovery, setup and run it on the accessible computer. Don't forget to insert a blank CD.
Step 2: On the main interface, choose "reset Windows local account password". And tick "CD/DVD".
Step 3: Start burning a bootable CD by clicking on "Burn".

Here's how to change your cartridges: 1 Make sure the printer is on. 2 Lift the scanner unit. The print cartridge carrier moves and stops at the loading position, unless the printer is busy.

3 Press down on the cartridge carrier latch to raise the cartridge carrier lid.

4 Remove the used print cartridge. Note: If you are removing both cartridges, repeat step 3 and step 4 for the second cartridge.

Sometimes the ink cartridge carrier won't automatically move to its loading position even when the printer is on and the cover is open. Follow the steps below:

1. Unplug the printer from the power source.

2. With the cover open, hold the solid white strip that connects from the carrier assembly to the ink cartridge carrier and gently slide the cartridge carrier to the center of the printer.

3. Remove the used cartridges.

4. Load the new cartridges. Close the cover.

5. Plug the printer back to the power source.
