Tip & How-To about Miscellaneous

Now to write cool essays?

First of all research the topic. Go online, head to the library, or search an academic database or read newspapers. You may ask a reference librarian. Never ignore facts and claims that seem to disprove your original idea or claim. A good essay writer either includes the contrary evidence and shows why such evidence is not valid or alters his or her point of view in light of the evidence.
Secondly, aAnalyze well-written essays. In your research, you'll probably come across really well-written (and not so well-written) arguments about your topic. Do some analysis to see what makes them work.
The third thing is brainstorming. Sure, you can use the arguments of others to back up what you want to say. However, you need to come up with your original spin on the topic to make it uniquely yours.
The fourth - write a thesis statement that summarizes the ideas that you plan to present. Essentially, let the reader know where you're going and why.
And the last - plan your essay.Take the thoughts that you brainstormed and assemble them into an outline. Write a topic sentence for your main ideas. Then, underneath, make bullet points and list your supporting evidence. Generally, you want three arguments or pieces of evidence to support each main idea.

Good luck

need to download a service repair manual for my 2008 suzuki boulavard vl800 c50 for free .tryed several sites none were freee ...nee help please

Hello, Paula -

If you reside in the USA, your local public library system probably subscribes to several different databases of repair manuals for a variety of motorized vehicles. I suggest you contact your local public library and ask if they provide access to the EBSCO database Small Engine Repair Reference Center.

If the library system subscribes to that database, if you already hold a valid library borrower card, you can access the database for free through your home or work computer and through the library home page, by logging into your library borrower account.

When you talk with a reference / information librarian at your local public library, ask him / her to talk you through how to go about accessing the database.

If you need to obtain library borrower (and online access) privileges, you will need to visit your local public library and apply for a library borrower card. Be sure you have photo ID with you, like your current driver's license.

While you are at the library, ask one of the reference / information librarians to provide you with one-on-one instruction in accessing the proper database for motorcycle repair.

If you do not know the phone number or location of your local public library, you can find that information using this search strategy with your favorite search engine (using quotation marks as shown):
"City Name, State" "public library"

"Salt Lake City, Utah" "public library"

One of the top search results will be the link to the public library home page.

Note: Your local public library = Your taxpayer dollars at work.

Best wishes.

I posted this previously but don't have an answer yet. Is there a diy video of how to change the bulbs in the 3rd brake light for a 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis?

Hello, Jimberry -

I haven't found such a video tutorial. However, your local public library system probably pays for a subscription to automobile repair manual databases. The repair manuals provide instructive images for all kinds of repairs, including replacing brake light bulbs.

If you can, I suggest you take the time to visit your local public library and ask a reference/information librarian about how to access the library's dabases of auto repair manuals. Most public library provide access to the databases of auto repair manuals online through their websites. However, for remote access one needs a valid library borrower card. If you do not already have one, then you will need to apply for one at the library.

If you have a valid library borrower card, then I suggest you telephone the library and ask a reference/information librarian to talk you through the steps to enter the right auto repair manual database for your 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis.

To find the main telephone number for your library, use your favorite search engine, and enter the following search strategy (with the relevant place names), with quotation marks, as shown:
"public library" "city, state" . Example: "public library" "East Upper Nowhere, Wisconsin".
The search results will include the link to the library system home page.

Best wishes.

Added: This YouTube video is for replacing a bulb in a different year model Mercury Grand Marquis may prove helpful:

I need help with quotes from the boston masscre

Hello, Stevenstepanski -

Are you referring to the action between a mob in Boston and British troops 5 Mar 1770? If so, am I correct to assume your question is because of a class assignment? Like, did you have to read something you didn't read and now want someone to bail you out?

You may find what you need here:

How did I find that web site? Using Google, I entered the following search phrase, with quotation marks as shown:
"Boston Massacre" quotes

By the way, Fixya.com is a website for questions and answers on how to fix things. Plus, your U.S. History question landed in the category of Audio Players & Recorders.

Tip: Using your local public library for your kind of question may be a better source. You can visit your local public library and ask a reference/information librarian to help answer your questions, you can telephone and ask your questions of one of the librarians, and through the library home page you can ask questions through the online "Ask A Librarian" service.

Best wishes
