Sorry for delay only just found your question. Highblood sugar levels can be reduced by excerise like walking or riding a bike. Whilst doing any excercise it is important to check blood frequently to make sure that you don't do too much. Drinking lots of plain water will also help. NB most squashes contain carbs even low calorie ones. Hope this helps

Is walking or running helpful to lose weight?

Yes.Walking/ running is ideal exercise for weight loss, only if done in a right way. It is a great workout for a person with a busy schedule, you can do it anytime and anywhere.
After every meals do some walks and you will feel much better.
For weight loss, I recommend running before breakfast. You can eat some fruits or drink fruit juice to avoid fatigue. Maintain a healthy diet and exrcsie for effective weight loss.

ggt levels how to lower

You should make some changes in your regular diets and do more exercises. By the way, cutting down on sugar in coffee and fried foods by eating lots of vegetables can bring great results. In addition, you had better drink plenty of water per day and perform some exercises (walking or running) from 30 minutes to an hour for better outcome. Let's have your ggt level tested frequently so that you can make sure that the level remains stable.

Hope this helps!

Is walking just as good for your health as running?

Walking and running are two very different activities. Walking is a more accessible activity, even to those who may not be that fit. But the cardio benefits of walking will really be felt once you walk fast enough to get your heart rate up. Walkers tend to have less injuries than runners.
