Replacing turntable coupling

No need to remove motor.
1. Just remove table
2. Pull and twist the coupling. It seams stuck but it will come out from the top.
3. Twist and push the new coupling and line up the motor shaft.

I am unable to use the Bellagio water cooler now as the cold water dispenser is leaking. There is a constant drip so I had to remove the water bottle, then drain all the water from the reservoir. I have only had my water cooler for six months. Can I get a replacement part or will the whole water cooler be replaced?

Go to www.super-electric.com and send them a message about your problem. They have parts. I can't tell you if they will help you or not, I have just emailed them today as well. I have both sides of my 1 year old water cooler leaking, model W074DRF11BQD. (from Zellers) I have hardwood floors and I would rather throw this unit away than risk water damage. If anyone is reading this and thinking of purchasing one of these Bellagio water coolers, spend your money elsewhere - THEY LEAK!. My husband is very handy and has just spent 2 hours on it with NO success. The parts are defective - this unit is NOT full of complex working parts. One plastic part causes pressure on the valve and causes a leak(s). After light usage and nothing damaging it, 8 months old one side went and the other side has been leaking for a couple of days and we are just coming up to a year. If anyone else had this problem and fixed it, I would love to hear the solution.

The turntable on our Whirlpool VT256 oven has

it could be 1 of 3 things here 1 the coupling under the plate mat be warn or broken inside so the shaft of the motor maybe turning but not turning the plate take the plate out and put a cup of water in the unit and see if coupling moves without the plate if not thn see if you can remove the coupling and repeat the test if you can see the motor shaft moving thn u need a new coupling, if not thn you may need a new motor to test th motor you will need to turn the unit on it side remove the plate first on the underside on the unit round where motor is you will see a plate this will round or square you need to cut this away to expose the motor dont throw it away as you need to refit if after, it turns round and you screw it back on, when you have found the motor remove and replace it albeit the motor is powered by the pcb it is unlikely to be the pcb as the motor runs all the time so they do ware out also do look to see if your unit has a turn table switch off button on the controls or in the manual hope this helps and dont forget to unplug ur unit from the mains.

Has anyone replaced the Turntable Coupling?

You will need to remove the motor to get it off.

We have the full R-930AK/AW service manual for this model and have uploaded it to our site here to help you.

You will need the free Acrobat Reader to view or print it.

Here's the procedure:

1. Disconnect the oven from power supply. Remove the turntable tray, and the turntable support out
of the oven cavity.
2. Turn the oven upside down and remove one (1) screw holding the turntable motor cover to the base plate and take off the turntable motor cover.
3. Disconnect wire lead from the turntable motor.
4. Remove the two (2) screws holding the turntable motor and coupling mounting plate to the oven cavity bottom.
5. Turntable motor, Coupling mounting plate and Thermal protection plate bottom will be free.

We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.
