Password at boot up (when starting) Windows 10

Windows 10's native installation makes you sign in while the computer is booting up. This is a waste of time. In order to stop the requested sign in, press the and the key at the same time. You will see the run window pop up in the lower left corner of your screen. Type . Another little screen will appear. In the upper right half of the screen there is a check box that says "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer." Click on that box to remove the check mark. Click OK or Apply on the bottom, and reboot. It should not ask you for it again.

asus motherboard problems Installed a new F2A55-MLK series to replace old ASUS board. Running XP and when I install the HDD it boots until the starting windows screen and get blue screen Asus tech no help.

go into the BIOS setup and find settings for SATA operation or something similar. the available options should be
1. Native SATA/IDE
2. AHCI supported
3. RAID
windows xp was installed with SATA support but requires special drivers for AHCI or RAID, so you should set your computer's SATA operation to native or IDE in order to solve the problem.
Additional tip:
next time you manage to boot to windows, boot to safe mode (boot while pressing F8), so you can review if all the drivers are well installed in device manager.

If this is the first time you?ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives of hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. restart your computer. Technical Information: *** STOP: 0*F78D2524,0*C0000034,0*00000000 " thereafter i logged into Vista and deleted partition 'D' and formated it. again i tried loading the XP and got the same error message. i need help on installing windows XP. and i dont need windows vista any more.

its very simple....
enter the bios setting...The BIOS settings menu is accessible by pressing the f2 or f10 or the f6 key on some computers.
if the BIOS provides an option to disable the native-SATA configuration in the BIOS, do the following steps to Disable the native-SATA in the BIOS

1. Use the cursor to navigate the Configuration options to locate the Native-SATA setting. 2. If there is a SATA setting, select the Disable option, and then press F10 to save the change and restart the computer.

if your system bios does not contain such option.... then find "Native SATA mode" or "SATA IDE"
then change "AHCI" to "ATA"
then press F10 to save the change and restart the computer.

my laptop fail to boot from my hard disk. it stops and say media test failure and operating system not found what shall i do?

It seems you have a operating system crash, you most probably need to reinstall windows and before you do that check if you are able to go to bios to see if everything else on the hardware side is working properly.I hope this helps.Try ubuntu 9.04 if you don't have a windows cd.It's free and a big competitor of windows.
