Hi, for those of you who are, like me, the kind of person who doesn't like to depend on apparatus and dumbells and all of that, there are some good news!
You may have heard about calisthenics, where we can do exercise with our own bodyweight! So, here are some suggestions for you :)
1.- Install a bar in your house (It's pretty easy if you have a power drill so the bar gets fixed).
2.- In the bar you can do pull ups. The basic pull ups are with your hands separated at shoulders distance, and for biceps, the palm of your hand is facing towards you; for concentrating the effort at the back, the palm is facing forward (opposite to you).
3.- For exercising the chest, you can do push ups. Different positioning of the hand can work for triceps too.
4.- For exercising the legs, you can do squats.
5.- For abs, you can do it on the floor.
So, you don't need to pay for a gym after all, all you need is consistency and determination! :D
