fuel pump wont shut off

To begin with, it is absolutely impossible to look up anything like wiring diagrams to see how your fuel pump sysem works because you failed to mention what kind of vehicle you are working on. YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, and ENGINE SIZE is customary when you are asking for help with an engine or engine fueling problem.

With that said, your symptom description mentioned "handle bar". There are no cars or trucks that I am aware of that are equipped with handle bars....I think you will probably get a more useful answer if you were to include the information needed to look up technical information and post it under the correct category.

rear ended car died and now it wont start

The collision most likely tripped the inertia switch for the fuel pump. It can be reset by simply pushing the button. However, I cannot tell you where it is located because you did not take the time to mention what kind of car got rear ended. YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, and ENGINE SIZE would be nice when you are asking questions about your car.

removal front struts

Take the upper strut mounts loose, take the lower strut mounts loose. Depending on what kind of vehicle we are talking about, you may need to disconnect a lower ball joint, a brake hose from the strut, or stabilizer links from the strut assembly. It usually results in a better answer if you take the time to mention YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ENGINE SIZE, when you are asking for help with your vehicle.
