When I click google Chrome icon I cannot get my Gmail

Clicking the Google Chrome icon will always just open the Chrome browser. Once you have the browser open, type http://gmail.com into the address bar and you will then be directed to Gmail where you can sign in and check your email.

Hope that helps!

Ur help would be appreciated. I also tried doing what was suggested if there was an error no luck

June,

On the screen, in the left down corner you will find some small icons. Either one of them is the Chrome icon or on their right there is a double arrow. If you click it you will have some other icons popping up. One of them is the Chrome icon. Click it open. I hope you remember what it looks like? It is a blue ball with red, yellow and green padding around it.
