i have a 99 camaro ultra z, and after taking the driver side door panel off [because my window was not rolling up the way it should] i found the window was not on the back window track because the pin pulled out of the bracket. my question is what is the name of the bracket and where can i get one. thank you for your time.

You will probably be better off changing the entire window regulator. It's the entire assembly, which bolts into the door, and guides the window up and down. Trying to fix individual parts of this regulator might not work and may end up being costly.

window tilts forward when going up

The forward track channel has either rusted out, broken, or the sash clips to help keep the window level broke. We have seen all the above, but most likely is the sash clips that glue onto the lower window broke. The door panel will have to be removed, the old clips, heated with a HOT heat gun and removed, and new ones installed. Pretty easy fix with the right equip.
