how to create my own website

You need to first identify a hosting platform, in other words a physical environment which you own or rent where the website and data will be 'hosted' so browsers can access it. Renting is cheap and effecient, so i suggest you go this route. Google "web hosting company" or contact your internet service provider. Hostign it yourself will be more exepnsive and complex.

Once you have established the hosting infrastructure, you must decide on the technology to use to create your website. This will be governed by what kind of website you are trying to create as well as what the hosting company is willing to host (some guys refuse some technologies for security purposes for instance). If you r website is not going to be too complex, you can google for and use an "online site creation tool" which will allow you to build your site.

hope this helps
