Tip & How-To about Keurig K155 COMMERICAL BREWING Portion

System Overheat Error

If you are frustrated that this expensive brewer now simply gives you an error message every time you connect it to the wall outlet, then rest assured that help is just a reading away. I called keurig on this issue that I was having and they did not have a solution besides the "disconnect for 10 seconds and try again". I did ask why this happens and the person on the phone said that the most probable cause was due to the inner water tank being emptied while the machine was still turned on. That made sense so I thanked them and proceeded to my own troubleshooting. I had already tried leaving it disconnected overnight to see if it was a temperature thing but got nothing different. I noticed that I could get to the menu screen by holding my finger to the lcd screen for about 7 seconds right after connecting the machine to the wall outlet. I was able to modify the settings but it would always end in the same error message when I would get out of the menu screen. My next step was to manually fill the inner water tank so I reached to the back of the unit and got access to the hot water hose and from there filled the tank by filling my mouth with water and syphoning it in....I know it is not the best way yet was the easiest and most readily available. Do this while machine is turned off. After that I connected the machine and went to the menu screen (as mentioned above) and left it there for a while ( 10 minutes or so) . Now the machine responded to the on/off switch on the top rear and from there the machine was back to normal. It went thru its initial setup screens and heated the water and let me brew. I am not saying you have to do all these steps in the same sequence, but I do stress filling up the water tank manually and after that play with the machine until the water sensors tell the machine that it is all good. Hope this helps and good luck :)

My printer is hp deskjet 4625 fls advice me. there is a problem with the printer or ink system. turn printer off, then on. if problem persists, contact hp error. 0xc 19a0022

You may try to reset the printer. I was not sure if you followed these steps and unplugged the power cord. That may fix your problem. Good luck this can be very frustrating.
In some cases, a printer reset can clear the error message.
  1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
  9. Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

I noticed your message while searching for answers to repairing another Lexmark printer. You probably already have the answers by now but here is what the manual says.

Cartridge Error: 1200

1. Turn off you all-in-one

2. Unplug the all-in-one form the wall outlet.

3. Open the control panel.

4 Open the cartridge access door

Hope this resolves your issues.

The ultimate fix for this problem is to give your Lemark and Dell printers to people that you really dislike. Let them live with the frustration. Then buy yourself a Hewlett Packard, Canon, or Epson printer. Check the cost of the cartridges for each brand prior to making a purchase. Purchase the printer with the least expensive cartridges and one that will take the generic (compatible) cartridges available in retail stores and refill stores. My personal favorite are the Epsons. They print excellent colors and are very affordable to own, and most important, operate.

will not fill cup and descale light stays on have descaled about 6 times and still want go off on large cup of coffee setting it takes about 4 times to fill cup really love the machine but its screwed up somehow

We have a Keurig ourselves and were stumped when we first saw that descale message on the brewer.

There are a number of ways to descale a brewer, the least expensive being to run some vinegar through the machine a couple of times, and then run cold water through a few more times to rinse it.

However, simply trying to clear the lines often doesn't work. And as you will see from the many comments below, by far the most reliable way to get your Keurig brewer working again is the "Slap and Burp" method.

Here is how you do it.

First, unplug the brewer and remove both the water reservoir and drip tray.

Next, hold the brewer upside down over the sink and slap the base a few times. And I mean really slap it.

Now put everything back together and try brewing again. Most of the time this works with a couple of good slaps. If not, try it again.

And don't worry, there are no laws against giving your Keurig a good slapping!

Good luck!
