If your phone drops in water , immediately pick it up .. shake it well and remove the battery immediately without pressing in key. Go to your workshop and open every parts carefully , take pictures while opening your phone to keep a record. Then use your blower or vacuum cleaners blower side and keep on blowing air over it , after initial drying with a soft cotton cloth. Keep blowing air where ever you can see shiny surfaces . There after keep it under the sun inside a transparent container with a couple of holes in the top. Keep it for 3 to 4 days for complete drying of the circuit. Then re assemble the phone again.. check it well .. and start using it again.

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears

pull the battery out immediately, drop it in a glass(not the battery) of 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol, shake the bubbles out, remove from glass and let dry for 24 hours in a cool dry place.

Push hard on pushbuttons so they work.


Remove the batteries. Then take a washcloth or good cotton rag and soak it in hot water. Ring out the excess, then scrub the face of the phone (like you would use soap and a scrub brush on your hands.) Then shake off the excess water vigorously, and stand it up on a counter or table so it can drain on a paper towel for at least 24 hours. When you can pick it up and shake it vigorously without getting any more water, it's ready to put back together with the batteries and try it. This may not fix it entirely, but it may help. If it's still not working, then a similar process would have to be done after disassembling the phone.
