what is this all I want is a refund and cancel


maybe you are sending this problem to the wrong place. Fixya.com is not a business that takes orders and payment. It is a website where people like yourselves share their problems and people who have some experience about that problem try to provide solutions.
So please contact the company from whom you ordered the service and from whom you are expecting a refund.

I ordered merchandise on the inner net and paid with PayPal. The order arrived but is the wrong size. Merchant JET Corp was the merchant. The receipt no 3595-3007-6472-5940. My user name mat3cw, password me2e5516. How do I get a refund because it is too late for Christmas with an exchange.

To obtain a refund, you will have to contact your bank/credit card company (if you have made the payment using a credit card or a debit card) and also PayPal to file a chargeback/ reversal of the payment. For more details regarding refund /chargeback, click here

To contact PayPal customer care, login to your PayPal account and click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page
