cant find out which fuse goes where my horn doesnt work and i dont have a owners manual and it doesnt say on the fuse box

You apparently don't read your question either

You don't even have a vehicle listed

If you do have a blown fuse, then what?
Replacing it won't fix your horn

Buy an owners manual for all your vehicles
so you can find fuses & bulbs

I changed the battery in my 1997 Discovery and the radio needs to be reset. The local dealer gave me a 7 digit code, but they don't know the procedure for entering it. Any ideas?

So if you were to pay a dealer for their time & have it
taken into the service bay, not a single tech could put
in a radio code
That is pure non sense

Sorry, I had to say something & I don't have your owners
manual or any other material to help you

Try asking another dealer, or see if you can have it
done with a scan tool at a local repair shop

Bikes is bikes so ANY owers manual would ge tyou through the basics.

TRy Huffy's. http://www.huffy.com/Support/OwnersManuals.aspx

Then, using a search engine, ask any question like "how to shift a bicycle" and videos will appear instantly.

This doecument will teach you a whole bunch of stuff about techniques and strategy for road riding.

How do I lower the spare tire? And where is the tool located for it

It may be so badly rusted you will have to cut the cable

In most cases the wheels are ruined & can not be used

Do not put the spare back under there exposed to the weather
Leave it at home as I do, or put it inside the vehicle

I don't know where the tools are, but they have to be easy to find

You can look under the seats, read your owners manual,
actually call or stop by a dealer, they don't bite,or just ask
someone your next to with same vehicle
