Tip & How-To about Google Chrome

How to add multiple home pages to Chrome

I try to keep up with several websites (tech journal reading). I find that if I set them as my home pages, I keep current. In Chrome, go to Settings, then under Startup, go to 'Set Pages' and add them there. This has been real helpful. Google Chrome is unlimited on how many startup pages (at least I have not hit a limit) whereas IE is limited to 8.

unable to access my Facebook Home page

I think this is due to cookies. Google Chrome options - 1. Click on "Tools" (Spanner in the right corner under the close page X) 2. Click on "options" (11th option down) 3. Click "under the bonnet" 4. Click "content settings" 5. Keep on the cookies section. Make sure it's on "allow local data......" Click "Exceptions" 6. Type in the facebook ULR 7. Do the same (click exceptions) for all of the others BUT NOT POP UPS!!!
Hope I helped Dr Reed
