Tip & How-To about FixYa Computers & Internet
I love helping people here in Fixya.com, but it's real hard to help you when your question is to vague. I find questions like: I got my phone yesterday, or my camera shuts off when looking at the picture. When we answer this questions, most of the time I take my time and search for any troubleshooter or any forum that have had the same problem. And this is why it's very important that when you ask a question, to make sure that you input all the details, like model, firmware, when did it happen, what was the last thing you did before the problem began, all those little details allows us to help you faster and better, instead of going to the comment section and ask for better info. An example of a good question that could get better help:
"My Nexus 5 is in a bootloop and it won't start, it was fine. This happen after trying to root it and installing an unofficial firmware. It was running Kitkat but I wanted the latest version. Can it be fix? If so, how?"
Notice that in the question is the model of the product or item with the issue, when it happen and what he or she did before there was a problem. This way, somebody with expertise in mobile could lend you a hand and maybe even take you step by step on how to fix it. And if somebody with no experience at all want to help, all they have to do is search for the model with the problem it is facing, in this case; Nexus 5 stuck in bootloop.
Remember to be as clear as possible, and take your time to write the details, after all, we take our time searching for the answer to help you.
Thank you very much for using Fixya.com, and please take this tips into consideration, after all, you are the one who needs help.
