my acer t180 won't start up in normal mode i have just intalled the new norton onto it i have 1gb of ram but it starts in safemode....do i need more ram.....?

1. You may have to go into "safe mode" 1st and then start you pc in normal mode.
2. if you have a virus you may not be able to recover with the Norton anti virus.
3. There is a free software that you can try called "Ccleaner" this may restore you to the boot screen. A google search will find the site.
4. You may have to "format" the drive and reinstall your Operating System.
I hope this helps.

Hi, I´d like to ask you about Pioneer DVRW DVR-K17. I can´t find this disc in my comp and it can´t read CDs and DVDs also. I already tried to skip old driver and instal new driver but it is not possible because of some destroyed file. Can you please help me? Helpline HP advised me to instal new operation system :-)). Thank you

Is the rom showing in the device manager. if so delete it and restart. The pc will pick up the hardware and install it. If this does not work download the driver for the rom from Pioneer and update the driver via the device manager.

Hope this helps

my pc wont boot up normally, it has a blue screen show up but then it goes away before i can read it

The blue screen of death BSOD is set to auto-restart after an error you can change the registry to prevent this not sure if you can do this in safe mode but its worth a try you will at least be able to see the error.

Its a good idea to use MemTest on a boot CD to check your RAM for errors first then restore from an old image.
