Tip & How-To about Computers & Internet

Back Up Everything

Constant movement puts computer components at risk, and because of their portability, laptops suffer a lot more wear and tear than desktops. All of that on-the-go use increases the risk of hard drive failure, so make sure you back up the data on your laptop to an external hard drive, thumb drive, or home server on a regular basis. Portable hard drives like the Western Digital Passport Elite make it easy to back up your data on the road

clicking noise goes away when braking

Look at the constant velocity joints on that side. When the rubber boot tears it lets road dirt in which fouls the grease and allows premature wear on the cv joint components.

why oil service required

I will assume you are referring to a light on your instrument panel which says this. If so, you car has a system to remind you of the need for regular oil changes. Your owner's manual will tell you how to turn off that light after you have changed your oil, if you do it yourself. Your service garage will do it if you have them do it. Do not neglect your oil changes or you may suffer engine failure.
Be blessed.

Need correct replacement battery

the watch movement deters which battery the watch needs it is very important you do not put a battery in that doesn't suit the watch as it can short out the circuit however you can get the correct size in a gold seal quality which should not leak, also the older the watch, the more demanding the watch becomes on the battery as the movement components start to experience wear and tear

Computer wear and tear causes slowdowns...how?

Well when your hard drive spins slower than it should be you must replace it. As well as all hardware troubles that might arise through years of use.

But for the software side meaning your registries etc... simply reformating you system will put back to the same speed as it use to be.
