You didn't provide a question, but I can offer this:

Re-Register the file:
You can Re-register this file it by typing "regsvr32 comctl32.ocx" from the command line in the system32 directory.
Perform the following steps to make the changes:
1. Click Start
2. In the Search bar type CMD
3. In the programs pane right click on cmd and "run as an Administrator"
4. Put in your credentials for UAC prompt
5. In the command prompt type in "regsvr32 comctl32.ocx" then press ENTER

remove read only files

After copying a batch of files to your Windows PC from a CD or DVD, you may discover that all the copied files carry the read-only flag. The most obvious way to remove the read-only flag from a file is to right-click on its icon, choose "Properties", and uncheck the "Read-only" box. But what if you have hundreds, or even thousands of files marked read-only?
You can batch-remove the read-only flag from multiple files using the attrib command from a command prompt. The Windows Command Line site has a tutorial on commands everyone can use, which includes an explanation of performing this task with the attrib command. The section on the attrib command is titled "Changing file attributes with 'attrib'", and is located about three quarters of the way down the page.
In short, you can remove the read-only flag from a group of files by navigating to their folder from a command prompt and typing attrib -r ./*.* /s. I did this to a folder full of image files with attrib -r ./*.jpg /s.
Bring up a command prompt in Windows XP by clicking Start → Run, typing "cmd", and pressing "OK". In Windows Vista, click Start, type "cmd", and press the Enter key.

my microsoft power point need a product key

You can extend your office if u don't have product key

1. Go to Start > All Program > Accessories and right click on "Command Prompt" then click on"Run as administrator". Alternatively you can run Command Prompt as administrator by typing"cmd" in the start menu search box and pressing Shift + Ctrl + Enter.

Then, Go to

C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform\OSPPREARM.EXE (copy path)

And (paste) in command prompt

So type the above full path of the tool OSPPREARM.exe in the command prompt and hit enter. Your command should look like

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform\OSPPREARM.exe"

You are done! But remind that you can apply this trick only for five times. If you run the above command for the sixth time you will get an error message like this

Warning

It is recommended to wait until you only have only 1 day to activate left before doing this to make the most out of the 6 times you have to use this rearm option. If you use this command after done 30 days/expire day your office will not be genuine so use this before expiry day/30days...

BaiduBar.Dll

Hi,

here are some information about the normal file
http://www.file.net/process/baidubar.dll.html

If this dll is shown in Add or Remove Program, something is wrong. The normal file is not an intalled program in common sense.
Take then a look at http://www.spywareremove.com/removeBaiduBar.html
Here is a description to remove the spyware baidubar and a antispyware tool to detect it.

Hope that helps.
