Hi Steve:
You're sounding frustrated.
Breath deeply and slowly, be calm, we're here to help.
Tell us what it is, and describe the problem. Tell us what you're trying to do, and exactly what happens. Things like,
when I turn the key
- NOTHING happens (maybe dead battery) to
- IT CLICKS (maybe bad solenoid) or
- IT JUST SPINS OVER ((Maybe fuel or spark problem)

Be calm...... It will be OK...... we'll help

I have a TC5000 When I am walking for about 5 to 15 min. It stops. and when I pull the safty pin out and put it back in its ok for about the same time and quits again.

Check to make sure steps are being counted. This tells the machine someone is using it. The step counter is in the center of the steps on most machine. It will sometime count intermittenly. Another thing to check is if the machine seems to be laboring more when you start to walk on it. This could be a sign that it needs lubricating. Check manual for lubricating proceedures.
