Tip & How-To about Inland Products 87094 - Proht Blueytooth Headset Blue

How to fix audio cut out problem easily!!!!!

Good headphones but one design flaw, open the button side of the headphones, it should be the right side, and you will see the microphone and a little chip sitting on top of it. unfortunately that is your bluetooth reciver, and when you talk or to high of volume will short the signal. if that makes sense.so all you do is take a thin piece of rubber slide between the two and it clears right up. cut to fit big so it does not slide around but be sure not to block the screw holes. and if you cant find rubber, work with what you think is best, just not to thick,

I can hear from someone, but he/she can't hear anything from me. Does it set up problem or headphone problem?

Make sure that you have the microphone plugged into the RED socket on your computer. On the right hand side of the taskbar, right click on the little speaker icon, and press open volume controls. Make sure that Microphone is not muted and that the volume level is adjusted right.

doesn't work with Skype

Fixed it: the microphone on the headphone was switched off - it's a bit of a design weakness in the Logitech headset: it's easy to unintentionally turn the microphone off while putting the headset on. The lower half of the right headphone's central medallion is a button - indicated by a crossed out microphone icon.

how do i turn on my computer?

Hi - The power button is on the left side. Locate the speaker. Then there is a headphone jack and a microphone jack. Next is your power button. You may not see it because there is a little cover over it. I believe you just have to skide this cover to get to your power button. This is an older machine so just in case you don't have a manual I've included a link for one. If this solves your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed. If you need more help just add a comment and I'll be happy to help. Thanks and have a nice day.

Try opening the volume control (you should find a VOLUME icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Right click on this and open volume control.
Check if the "microphone" level is down or if the mute button is checked. If it is, click on it again to uncheck and increase the microphone level to full. If you do not see the Microphone level at all, click on "options" and then "properties" and make sure microphone is checked.

Hope this helps..
